What happens if our flight or train is delayed?

In the unfortunate event that your flight or train is delayed or cancelled, you should contact us directly on +33677401344 or email us at info@alpeslimousine.com

For flight delays, our drivers will wait for 60 minutes free of charge after which time, there is a fee of €35 per hour or part thereof per driver (to cover driver’s wages and parking fees). For considerable flight delays, your driver may not be able to wait due to other chauffeur obligations in which case Alpes Limousines will do their best to organise the next available vehicle and driver.

For flight cancellations, we will try to allocate you a different transfer to suit your re-scheduled flight time however, due to our schedule, it may not be a perfect fit and you may have to wait. If you do not wish to wait for this transfer and make alternative arrangements, this will be at your own cost. Note that an additional transfer fee may be charged for re-scheduled transfers as a result of flight cancellations, particularly if the flight is re-scheduled for an alternative day. We will gladly provide an invoice should it be required for travel insurance purposes.

Where do I find my pick up time for our return?

You will find your pick up time on the confirmation received via email, alternatively if you wish to change this time please contact us on 0033677401344.

I am traveling with golf clubs can these be accommodated in a Mercedes S Class?

Yes golf clubs can be accommodated in a Mercedes S Class if you are traveling by yourself, however if you are more than one person traveling we recommend you reserve a larger vehicle in order to avoid additional waiting and costs at the airport or train station. Please be aware that if your luggage does not fit in the vehicle ordered you will be required to pay for an extra vehicle to take your excess luggage.

Do you offer child or booster seats for children traveling?

At Alpes Limousines we offer child and booster seats free of charge, these can be reserved when making an online booking.

I need to make a last minute booking but your website does not allow me to?

At Alpes Limousines when making an online booking it must be at least 24 hours after in order for us to allocate a driver and vehicle. However for urgent inquiries please either email us at info@alpeslimousine.com or call us at 0033677401344 and we will do everything in our power to look after you.
